Quaint property, has competent staff at the reception desk. Very impressed with king room. Splendid view and a shower, a hairdryer and bath sheets in the bathroom. Fairly nice area, central location short walk to the restaurant.

Good proximity to the airport, transfer, close to metro to get to Vancouver well
Apartment used to be, the name Suite is misused here, the rooms are highly praised with great pictures and the reality then looks quite bitter. But it was also simply overpriced.

The place was spotlessly clean and perfect. Had superfriendly staff at the reception desk.- This hotel was located in a central area very close to the airport and Richmond business district as well as restaurants, a pharmacy, and the Richmond Centre mall.

We had a pleasant stay near downtown Vancouver, where we were welcomed by helpful and friendly staff.

Decent airport hotel with efficient shuttle to and from airport. Built alongside the other usual chains. Ten minutes walk from train downtown. Good choice of restaurants closeby.
No WiFi in rooms and pay for internet access.

I stayed in a room with a reasonable price that even had a hot tub - super relaxing! The best part was it's in a great location, right next to a huge mall. I also got to grab a bite at the restaurant nearby the hotel. 🌟

the location was close to some exciting restaurants and the canada line which allows you to move quickly to downtown
did not like this strange looking building, the feeling that a couple of surrounding buildings were bought out and patch together was not my idea of this place

Not great. Only restaurant still open when we arrived was the bar.
No free coffee available in the morning. Wanted to charge me $4.00 for a to go cup of black coffee. No way.
